How to Register
Each player must obtain a US Lacrosse number and register with Orange County Lacrosse (oclax) in order to register for the Newport Girls Youth team. US Lacrosse is a support organization that provides secondary insurance for every player, determines rules and regulations for the game, and trains referees and coaches. Orange County Lacrosse organizes local games, tournaments, and other events. To sign up you will need your credit card.

Register and write down the US Lacrosse number you are given. you will need it when you register at oclax.

www.oclax.org and click "Click here to Register for the Winter Season".

Pick "Girls 6-8 Newport Beach" when you get to the pulldown menu for teams.

Register your email in the area on the right side of this page to receive periodic newsletters about lacrosse information in our area.

Fees
Player fair share fees are payable at the first practice . Fees include coaching, equipment, and uniforms. Players are responsible for bringing their own lacrosse stick, mouthguard, goggles, and tennis shoes or cleats to practice. Equipment is available at www.southswellsports.com.

The Newport Beach Girls Lacrosse team is run by parent volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help organize paperwork, finances, spiritwear, snacks, and fun events.
